neil Thomas - President

Neil has an innate love of technology and has been a 3D CAD Designer since 1996. Having experience from both sides of the desk and with a variety of CAD solutions, Neil has built OneCAD with the sense of doing what’s right for the client and the determination that our clients must succeed before we do! Neil leads by example with a hands-on approach.

Paul Sesto - Business Manager

A U of T mechanical engineering grad, Paul manages OneCAD’s day-to-day operations and inside sales. His background combines engineering, technical sales, business management and marketing. Paul ensures that everyone’s questions get an answer since customer service is his #1 priority.

Grace Qin - Accounting & PR

With an eye for detail and a keen business sense, Grace handles the account of OneCAD, so that the team can concentrate on our client’s technical needs. Grace as also taken on the responsiblies of Personel Relations, focusing on the building of a strong OneCAD team.

Peter Li - Engineering Manager

Peter has both a mechanical engineering degree from Jilin University, China and a diploma in mechanical engineering design from Centennial College. With his design work experience and being a quick study of new systems, Peter is the leader of our Design Services Group.

Michael Wilson- Mechanical Engineer

Mike is a Professional Engineer with over 20 years experience in product design and development. He also has experience in manufacturing, quality and management roles along with FEA analysis of complex electro-mechanical designs.

Charles Qiu - Engineering Designer

With a master of science in mechanical engineering and 18 year as a Mechanical engineer, Charles adds a wealth of experience to the OneCAD team. He has a good knowledge of G.D.&T., standard ASME 14.5M and tolerance stack, as well as Material Numbering Sys AISI-SAE and ASTM. • Charles is Proficiency in NX, Solid Edge, Solidworks, Pro/Engineer and AutoCAD.

Wayne Qin - Engineering Designer

Wayne is an Engineer with over five years experience as a mechanical designer and certified in advance design with ProEngineer and Pro/Mechanic as well fundamental HP-UNIX system, HP-UNIX system administration and HP-UNIX Network administrator. Wayne also has experience with Solid Edge and NX..

Emily Li - Engineering Designer

With a master of science in mechanical engineering, Emily has over 10 years of experience in product design and manufacturing. She easily fits into a client’s workplace environment, so that she is productive from day one.

Simon Zhu- Engineering Designer

With over 10 years of experience in mechanical & electronic system design, Simon also specializes in FEA (finite element analysis) and is a great addition to OneCAD's new FEA services. Simon holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Masters of Science in Mechanical Engineering.

Peter Yu - Engineering Designer

With a masters of science in mechtronics engineering from the National University of Singapore, Peter has experience in a number of areas including automation, manufacturing and assembly processing. He is ready to put his knowledge and skills in use for our new clients .

Jean Ye - Engineering Designer

Jean Ye has over 18 years experience in CAD/CAE/CAM and was a Senior Technical Support Engineer for Siemens UGS PLM Software responsible for on going development on Solid Edge. Jean is a mentor to our Solid Edge team and our Solid Edge Customers

Zi Wang - Engineering Designer

Zi Wang has extensive automotive design experience, holds a masters in Mechanical Engineering from Concordia University in Montreal and brings a wealth of Solidworks experience to the OneCAD team. Zi is also proficient in ProE, AutoCAD and Inventor.

Having strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Ling brings a wealth of technical experience to OneCAD Solutions. Ling has both a Bachelor of Science (Electronics and Information Science and Technology) from Peking University, Beijing as well as a Master of Applied Science (Engineering Physics) from McMaster University, Hamilton, ON..

Phi Le - CAD Technician

As a team player Phi is looking for new challenges to help solve our client's problems. Phi is a grad of Centennial’s Mechanical Engineering Technology program.  He has strengthen his experience while being assigned to one of our largest clients.
