Continued growth spurs move into new larger offices.

Markham, ON, Canada - October 9, 2008
Over the last year, since OneCAD Solutions became 100% dedicated to design services,
OneCAD’s technical staff has doubled in size to accommodate the work from our new clients
and projects. This growth has required the company to move into a larger 3400 square foot
office that would facilitate the additional staff and future projected expansion.
OneCAD now has 18 full-time staff out of its Markham, ON offices, of which 15 are technical
staff who deliver our design and CAD services. Of these 15 people, all but 2 have engineering degrees and over half of them have a master’s degree in engineering.
As Neil Thomas, OneCAD Solutions President states, “We’ve come a long way in a short time
since July, 2004 when I started the company and was its first employee. In the current
economy we seem to be bucking the trend with our continued growth. We’ve earned the
reputation of delivering on time, on spec and on budget and that’s allowed us to develop longtermrelationships with our clients. It’s also what we do every day that proves our value to ourclient’s business”.
OneCAD Solutions will still be in the same building. The previous address and contact details
remain the same except the suite number is now changed from Suite 106 to Suite 100.
