How can OneCAD help us?

OneCAD is an extension of your engineering or design department when you have extra work on. Our staff integrate into the design department to complete models, assemblies and drawings. They can also convert 2D drawings to 3D, paper to CAD or convert your client’s library into their new CAD system. We can also help with new CAD implementations, conversion of legacy data or employee holiday time so that your production levels never falter.

How does OneCAD charge for its services?

Depending on your needs OneCAD can either provide a fixed price quote or an hourly rate.

What about my data and intellectual property?

A services agreement including a non-disclosure and/or intellectual property agreement with our clients is a standard part of our operations.

Is OneCAD an employment or contract agency?

No, OneCAD Solutions is not an employment or contract agency. OneCAD is a design services business and our staff are full-time employees. OneCAD invests in their training and their professional growth.

What are OneCAD’s staff qualifications?

The majority of our technical staff have mechanical engineering degrees and ½ of those also have a master’s degree in engineering. Our staff have years of engineering design and CAD experience and most importantly are able to quickly ramp up in a new work environment. We carefully choose their assignments so that are clients succeed.

Who is using OneCAD Solutions?

Our clients are successful companies. They range from small engineering firms to large manufacturers. They typically have more work on they than they can handle. They don’t want to push out their deadlines nor do they want to turn clients away. Our clients include:

Does OneCAD work on-site?

Yes. Our staff can either work on-site at our client’s location or they can work from our Markham, ON offices. Some projects may involve both scenarios.

How do you review your client’s work if you are not on-site?

OneCAD stays in close communication with our clients. We routinely use various internet tools so that we can easily hold a virtual design meeting to ensure that we are on track with our client’s goals
